NIKE ACG GOADOME MAKES THE PLAYERS CLUB GO ALL OUT.

This boot came to life under peculiar circumstances, in the early 2000s. NYC already had the yellow boot as a symbol of urban survival, identity, and cultural remixing. Nike didn’t try to replace it. Instead, it engineered a lane of its own. The ACG Goadome stood for urban readiness with a futuristic edge. It became the All Conditions Gear boot that worked best during long winters, endless walking, and night-to-day movement.

The first city that adopted the silhouette was Baltimore, where the legendary DLTR shop was distributing it. Shortly after it seeped into NYC’s grain, where Nas was repeatedly wearing the Goadome during his God’s Son era. Its impact did not stop in New York, but that’s where we saw it again some years ago. OG releases, artist collaborations, alternative materials, the boot was everywhere.

Together with Nike, we made it our mission to bring it to Europe and showcase how the Goadome is relevant to our community too. This December we took on the Nike ACG Goadome, and we are distributing it with the addition of an exclusive Slam Jam metal label. Nike also introduced the low boot model, in both brown and black.

We brought these latest iterations to the Players Club, a collective powered by music producer Night Skinny. This is how we met up-and-coming talents from the Italian rap scene, Ele A and Promessa. They feature in the photoshoot alongside Night Skinny: the clothes are Nike, the shoes too. Nike ACG Goadome are now available at all Slam Jam doors.
