The introduction of Chuck Taylor All-Star, in the 1920s, as basketball shoes, capable of guaranteeing flexibility and maximum comfort on the court, has changed everything. But, over the years, Converse tergiversed toward a catalog increasingly linked to lifestyle, punk, grunge, surf, and rock subcultures, and as a symbol of rebellion against the classical canons of modern society.
