Slam Jam and Carhartt WIP, longstanding friends and partners, join forces to reimagine core pieces that are dirty and cut. Working closely with Tintoria Emiliana, heritage techniques meet experimental takes in the clothes’ dying and cutting process. The iconic brown is overdyed in black, revealing its true colors through wear. Laser cuts make for a repetitive tear motif across the garments, while logos emerge through faded textiles as rough, black screenprints — ghostlike, almost worn into the fabric.
