Sky High Farm, as well as being a brand with a graphic and conceptual touch, is a nonprofit organization working to increase access to fresh, nutritious, locally produced food while investing in collaborative long-term solutions for food security. The vision of Dan Colen, from 2011, has brought him to create an art environment for more than a commercial scope. He has collaborated with the Food Bank for New York City, The Regional Food Bank of Northeastern New York, Project Eats, Longtable Harvest, and The Red Hook Central School District. Committed to sustainable farming practices and direct donation of 100% of food produced on the farm, Sky High works as a bridge between regenerative farming and food access initiatives.
